2) Do I have to wait at my home or office all day for my delivery?
You will receive a 2-hour delivery window from one of our specialists after your order is received. Drivers can be given special instructions if you will not be home.

3) What if my product is damaged on pick up or delivery?
Please call (715) 597-3344 and we will service your problem immediately.

4) Does Shop Howard's offer an extended product warranty?
Yes. Our Guardsman Program is available at the time of purchase. Guardsman is a 5/10 year extended warranty program available for certain items.

5) Can I finance over the phone?
Financing is available over the phone. You are also able to visit our showroom location, and a representative will be happy to assist you with financing options.

6) Pricing Errors, Omissions and product availability
We are constantly updating product and service offerings, consequently in the act of doing so occasionally there may be an unintentional error in product description or pricing. Additionally, without our knowledge products shown may be unavailable from the vendor and such information may not have been updated in our computer system or website.
In the event of any of these occurrences we reserve the right to:
