Our Love It Guarantee

On purchases of regularly stocked products, if within the first seven days, you don't love your furniture purchase – for any reason – Shop Howard's will restore any defect apparent with your purchase or gladly correct your dissatisfaction through an exchange of product, or reselection of different product when your furniture is returned in “like new” condition. (Custom orders, Flooring, Mattresses and Clearance products, Design and delivery services are not included.)

The Shop Howard's 7 Day “Love It Guarantee” is not applicable to the following Sleep Express purchases: mattresses and mattress sets, pillows, mattress pads, sheets or reverie adjustable bed bases. Mattresses may qualify under our 120 Night Comfort Guarantee.

Factory Direct Returns

Factory Direct Ship product returned for reasons other than damage or defect are subject to 20% restocking fee and all shipping charges if applicable. Restocking fees and shipping charges are also in effect if a shipment is refused. Product must be in new condition, original carton, unassembled and returned within 7 days of receipt. The buyer is responsible for the outbound and inbound shipping charges when returned to the direct ship vendor.

Shop Howard's offers 2 ways to return merchandise:

  1. Return to any approved Shop Howard's pickup location. There will be a 20% restocking fee but all shipping charges are waived.
  2. Return to the factory via 3rd party transportation. 20% restocking fee and all shipping charges apply.


Factory Direct Cancellations

Cancellations on direct ship items are not allowed.
